ASoc laboratory services are provided for authorised research and analytical purposes only. Misuse, reverse engineering, or unauthorised redistribution of results is prohibited without prior written consent.

3. Intellectual property

All content, methods, protocols, and reports produced by ASoc remain the intellectual property of ASoc unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.

4. Limitation of liability

ASoc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on results. All analytical work is performed to documented standards; any dispute must be raised within 30 days of report delivery.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
